Allow me to create custom patient statuses besides just referral, active, and discharged. We have patients that we want to place on "hold" for the summer.
It would be helpful if we had a status to indicate that we have an inquiry from them, so they are on a waitlist while we wait for a referral and also for paperwork. Also a "hold" while we wait for particular scheduling requests.
It would be useful for us if we had a status indicating we are waiting for paperwork before we can schedule them. Or a special "hold" if we are waiting for a certain timeslot to open up before we can schedule. Or a way to designate a patient as inquiry received, so they are on a waitlist while we wait for a referral and paperwork.
We would love it if we could place a child in an inactive state when they are on hold for some reason or another that way we know that we are taking care of all of our active kiddos.
