Allow me the option to set the default document sign date to the date of service. Right now it defaults to the date the document is being completed with the option to change the date, but I'd rather have it just default to the DOS.
We need this too! As sometimes notes aren't completed until the next day and it an extra step and lots of opportunity for human error to click the calendar to manually align the two dates for primary therapist AND sign off supervisors.
