Allow me to create templates for evaluation-type documents so the same sections will be displayed every time. Or, allow me to customize my documentation further by allowing me to create evaluation sections.

Allow me to send out texts or emails to parents notifying them if a therapist is going to be out due to illness. Also, allow me to send out mass texts or emails for weather-related closings or holidays.

When encountering duplicate cases within our patient charts, consolidating the information requires a lot of time. It would be very helpful to be able to merge duplicate cases in the patient chart.

Allow patients to confirm or cancel an appointment from the text and/or email reminders they receive.

Allow me to track all user activity in Fusion so I can see what they viewed or what they made changes to.

I want more distinction between discharged patients and active patients when viewing billing accounts to aid in prioritizing service fee collections.

Let me mark an appointment as "rescheduled" so I can track appointments that the patient reschedules separately from appointments they completely cancel.

If a progress note or re-assessment appointment is marked as canceled or no show, I want to be reminded to reschedule the patient's appointment for the appropriate appointment type.
