In evaluation-type documents, change the section titled "Standardized Tests" to "Assessments". There are several assessments used in this section that aren't standardized.
Goals appear after Strengths, Performance Impairments, Functional Limitations, and the Summary in old Fusion. In the update, they appear before these sections.
Show the patient's first name in the check-in kiosk. We have patients that are twins and since you can only check-in by last name and date of birth, they can't use the kiosk.
