The Charge Summary now includes:
- Therapist
- Patient
- Medical Record Number
- Date of Birth
- Diagnoses
- Total Units
- Indicator of if a claim exists (P) for paper and (E) for electronic
- CPT code
- CPT description
- Minutes
- Units
If an appointment has not yet had charges submitted, the charges are listed as "Pending".
