Show first name in kiosk

Show the patient's first name in the check-in kiosk. We have patients that are twins and since you can only check-in by last name and date of birth, they can't use the kiosk.

    The check-in kiosk has been given a facelift! In addition to the cleaner look, you can now search for patients by their first name in case another patient has the same last name and birthdate.       Unfortunately this fix now means that if you enter first and last name you get an error -- unless you are a twin and both are being seen this day. Can this be fixed?
