Cancel multiple appointments at once

If a therapist is going to be out for a week or if our office is going to be closed, allow me to cancel more than one appointment at a time because it would be easier than going through them individually. It would be nice if a message was sent out to the patients, notifying them that the appointment was canceled.

    You can now cancel multiple patient appointments from the calendar! The canceled appointments will be set to the Clinic Canceled status and include an optional appointment note.     I'd love the ability to mass cancel schedules! This would be extremely useful for holidays or when therapists take pto.

    Bulk Cancelling...I would be nice if in the scheduling feature you can have the entire day cancelled by clinic instead of cancelling each appointment individually. This will allows for cancellation of holidays, inclement weather, ect. You can also set up a therapist cancellation as well, this allows to cancel each individual therapist schedule for sick days, vacations, CEU's ect. Thank you.

    Most of our patients receive both speech and occupational therapy so it would be amazing if while we are canceling a patient's appointment who receives both on the same day a prompt pops up to also cancel the speech or OT appointment that is prior or after the appointment you are cancelling. We find that sometimes when a patient calls to cancel their appointments the front staff may not see the other appointment that day so they don't cancel all the patient's appointments. Therefore a therapist may not know that their session is cancelled for the day.

    It would be great if there was a “Delete all appointments for this day” option. With the closure of clinics, we are having to go into each appoinment and delete it for the upcoming weeks. This takes multiple clicks per client and at up to 16 clients a day, this takes a good chunk of time. If there was an option to select the days and delete appointments, that would be very helpful!

    In the calendar/schedule functions it would be SUPER helpful to have the ability to indicate a particular person or day is not available or closed or whatever. Example: we are now closed for clients for 2 weeks due to the corona virus and instead of needing to cancel appointments one by one it would be helpful to cancel the day. This would also be helpful is a DR. /clinician is ill and cannot see patients on a particular day.

    it would be great to have the option to cancel multiple appts/date span as well as to put in a note one time (i.e reason for cancel) that would show up on all of the visits, versus having to go in and put the note on each individual cancel. Thanks!

    When a patient calls to cancel their appointment, have Fusion display a prompt asking me if I want to cancel just this appointment or all of their appointments for that day. Some appointments are being missed because the person doesn't know the patient has more than one appointment that day.
