Show co-payments on the statement

When a co-payment is entered at check-out, have it automatically apply to the patient's billing account so parents can view it on the statement and so we can access the receipt for the co-payment if a parent asks for it later.

I have clients who I collect co-payments for and they need their statement so they can be reimbursed by their HSA. The easiest way for me to do this would be to create an invoice and be able to send it directly from Fusion. When I create an invoice claims that are in process do not show up and co-payments do not show up. When I create a statement, if the claim is in process, the co-payment does not show up it just subtracts it from the submitted amount. If I print claims, it does show the co-pay, but it doesn't give enough information for the HSA. I would like to email a client their statement from Fusion that shows the co-payment they made and the claim that it is attatched to (OT, treatment code, # of units, billed amount) so they can be reimbursed by HSA without me needing to alter a statement and email it to them out of the Fusion network.

We need copays to show on patient statement. This is very confusion to patients looking at their statement as not all the payments they made show up.

Please fix the Patient Account communication and provide an invoice that will pull all payments the patient has made on each DOS. This would include copay AND payment made in STATEMENT. It's ridiculous that we have to create this outside of Fusion to provide a record to the family. The current "invoice" is confusing because it does not show the actual payment amounts. Especially confusing for payments made by Flex spending or HSA cards. The patient must have a record that matches exactly the same amount of the payment taken.

When you print a statement it needs to include claim details for pending claims. Most practices collect deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays at the time of service to maintain cash flow and avoid collection issues. Not being able to provide a detailed receipt/statement with billing codes until the claim finalizes creates a problem for our clients who have to submit receipts for their HSA/FSA cards.

When you use quick check out, it does not show it statement. THIS IS A MUST HAVE! Otherwise how do we know for sure it was paid and how. We go off of statement. I know it shows up in claims, but it has to show up in statement in some way.
