Include previous standardized test scores for comparison
Allow me to include test scores from previous evaluations in the patient's current document so that the old scores and new scores are displayed together for comparison.
Just like the Goals Data for each patient, there should be a standardized assessment data area where you can look at the results from the standardized assessments performed side by side possibly with graphs.
