Allow me to add standardized tests in a daily note. Sometimes I'll administer tests or subtests during treatment and I want to be able to record the results.
Apparently I voted on this in 2020 ! It would be so helpful to have a tab on the patient screen for standardized tests. It would be an easy way to see the tests that we have used, complete a test a few sessions before a progress note and be able to find the test and also a way to easily see growth and progress by comparing data.
Need to be able to access the tabs for tests and measures in the SOAP note. For ie hand therapy ROM, balance, endurance, etc or sometimes we test when we do not need to do a full progress or reassessment. Having access to those in the soap notes will be very time-saving and more professional as we report when we are doing the observations/ tests.
It would be helpful to have a tab on the patient screen for Standardized test. It is not always necessary to write a full reassessment when a standardized test is done. If the results are put in a daily note, they get "lost".
