Add "on hold" tab as well as a "wait list" tab under Admin>Patients. Please make all tabs moveable under Admin>Patients so I can put them in the order that makes sense to me.
For patient files there is currently only an Active setting and a Discharged setting. We get a lot of patients who go on therapy breaks for a month or sometimes a little longer and we know they are coming back so we don't want to fully discharge them due to having to reset goals and such. It would be nice if there was some sort of "hold" or "break" setting for files so then when they are on a break their expired referrals are not showing up in the Rx Expirations, verifications, or authorizations tab. Then when they are active again it would all be back to normal and show us an Rx expiration and such. Thank you for your consideration.
