Display billing account balance on appointment hover

Allow me to view the patient's account balance on the appointment hover, so when they check-in I can remind them to pay their balance.

      It would be helpful to add the account balance to the patient quick view

      When hovering over a patient appointment it would be very helpful to see the total patient balance as a line (same as the "Expected Co-Pay" line).
