When viewing a patient's billing account, have a little number on the notes tab that shows how many notes have been added. Having a number would remind me and others to check the notes.

I have a request to have the Billing Account Notes Tab showing that there is a note listed, the same as you have for the Claim Notes Tab. This was a person like myself “knows” that there is an actual note produced so that I/we look to see what that note is. So far I have never heard back from anyone and this was a few months ago. It would be a HUGE help to have the Patient Billing Account Notes have a # that pops up or the Tab turns color, the same as you have done for the Claim Notes Tab
It would be helpful in billing accounts and in claims if there is a notification above "notes" to show there is a note written. Similar to how the history appears in claims.
