Please, please, please make a tab for billing accounts where it lists everyone that has invoices, even the ones where the balance is 0. I did not catch that this family wasn't getting invoices generated since 9-15-2021!! Something happened with the icd-10 codes via one of my SLPs. I did not catch it because I did not see her name as one of the clients who should have invoices. The family is unhappy as am I. This change really needs to happen. I should be able to count on this EMR to work for me instead of against me. I've suggested this several times. I can't keep tracking things on paper just in case my EMR misses something. I do this already with other information. It's taking too long as I get more clients. Sometimes I feel like it would be more accurate if I did everything on paper. I just am worried that I can't trust this EMR and that's a shame because there are many things I like about it.
