If clients can view attachments on docs in patient portal, this motivates them to login and use patient portal, rather than going back and forth between email attachments and docs in patient portal.
With the future of assessments evolving and a lot of companies turning to online scoring, it's beneficial to be able to view outsourced files/docs with the initial eval. Currently, you are able to attach a file/document to an IE, but the parent is not able to view the document when the IE is sent to them. It would be nice to send 1 IE as opposed to an IE and have to send other assessment summaries in a separate email.
