Allow assessment data to be entered into daily notes. Sometimes we need to reassess a portion of an assessment in-between certification periods without making it a "reassessment" or "progress update" and messing with the cert dates.
To have access to the "findings" options in any daily report would allow for much more thorough documentation on a regular basis. Maybe my intent at a session is not to formally do a progress note, but mom comes in with a question about how the patient uses a sippy cup. I could quickly assess oral motor function while watching them use the cup and I could just pull over that section(s) and comment on it. I would never pull up a formal note just for one little section, however, my documentation would be much more thorough, readable, and easy to comment on if I have that section available to me.
