Email physicians

Add email to physician info for sending of documents and creating a data base within Fusion

We would love to see a space inside of the physician forms for the email of the physician. All of their other info has a space to be typed in, but nothing email wise. You can communicate PLANS OF CARE, and other communication and sharing via Fusion which would be so helpful.

have an area for email for Physicians, for ones that do not have a fax # and will only take things with their secured email address. thank you
