      Add a field in physicans to input their medicaid id number

      Could you make an extra field when entering referring physician information that is for the physician's taxonomy that would pull to the 1500 billing form (17a)? We have an insurance company that requires this information before we can submit billing.

      Can y'all please add two places for the following in the Physician's information: TPI Tax ID Some insurance companies require both of those pieces of information also. Pretty please and thank you :) Denise Reed
