PLEASE add this element! It is professional and courteous! As it stands now, we are sending documents to providers whose names are not even on the document, which requires additional explanation (read that as "even more time!").
There needs to be a field in the patient's profile that we can list "other specialists/ physicians" that are not necessarily the referring physician. Sometimes the referring physician maybe the pediatrician, but the patient also has an orthopedic doctor because of the nature of the therapy. This would help us be able to send progress notes via fax to both the referring physician and other specialists via Fusion.
we need more options to add two or more physicians to a patient profile available. Sometimes we have 2 or more physicians or specialists working with the patient so we need more tabs to add this physician to the patient profile
Add additional team members to child's Profile Page. We send reports to physicians, ENT, dentists and orthodontists. It would be nice to have >1 option for the Physician section
Allow multiple physicians and orthotic clinics. Would be helpful to have all their information in Fusion. We currently keep it elsewhere since we can't keep it all in Fusion. Most of our patients have a PCP and a PMR plus one ortho clinic. Some have ortho clinic and DME provider they provide. Would be helpful to have it all on the patient's fusion chart.
please allow more fields for physicians and specialists associated with a patient. Most pediatric patients have multiple specialists and we need more than one field besides the referring physician. Suggest:
1. referring physician
2. pediatrician
3. additional specialists with option to add multiple specialists.
