I want to create and track reminders for another type of evaluation in addition to initial evaluations, progress notes, and re-assessments.

Add a treatment category for annual evaluation that is different than initial or re-evaluation. These annual evals are coded differently for OT. We have created our own presets for these visits but it really messes up the status update reminders.
