Record treatment time in daily note and show on claims

Allow me to designate my treatment time to specific billing codes in my daily notes. For example, if I had a session from 9-10 AM I may want to link 9:00-9:30 to one CPT code and the remaining time to another. I want to show that information on claims in box 24: service note on each line for the payer.

    You can now enter time in/out per billing code within a daily note, which will also appear on the corresponding claim!       Having a time in / time out specific to each billing code is also required in our state by Medicaid. This is something that could easily be added in the columns next to the units / billings codes when choosing more than one code per session.

      There needs to be an optional box on the daily note where you can enter times for specific billing codes. Tricare is now requiring military time on claims to make sure we are not providing concurrent billing. So if we could add an optional box to the daily note where therapists could enter treatment time specific to cpt codes like 0900-1100 for one code and then enter another billing code and treatment time 1130-1200 and then that info would go to the service note line on the claim in box 24. TRICARE is our largest insurer we NEED this Fix ASAP or we will need to shop around for another product that can accommodate TRICARE billing requirements.

      We need a way to include start and stop times on claims for Tricare, our largest payer class.
