Set POS or location per charge/billing code on a daily note
I want to set the place of service or location per charge/billing code on a daily note so I can bill the claim with one service being in office and another service as another location, like teletherapy.
The therapist should be allowed to change
the location of a service on a daily note next to the CPT code. We have some instances where a part of their visit with one patient may be in clinic but the other part might be in home or on teletherapy but our payer only wants one claim per day of service or they will deny for the claims being a duplicate.
