Alert if billed time doesn't match actual time

When I sign a daily note, alert me if the billed time doesn't match the appointment time or time in/out that I entered.

    There needs to be an alert pop up if the therapist bills for more minutes on a daily note than the check in / check out time would equal.

    Daily note should warn you if you attempt to bill for more time/units than the in/out time totals

    There should be a warning that pops up when completing a daily note if your treatment minutes and your time in/time out have more than a 15 minute difference.

    There should be a warning that pops up if a therapist puts in more minutes for billing than the appointment was actually scheduled for.
