When viewing the list of billing accounts, add a column with the main contact cell phone number. This will make it easier to go down the list calling and texting patients about their balance.
Can we please add the patients primary phone number to the billing accounts screen? This way when you are looking at a patients balance and need to call the parent, you don't have to go all the way into the patients file to retrieve this.
