Only allow case notes to be edited by creator

On second thought, even the creator of a note should not be able to edit it. If so, then again there should be an audit trail that reveals what the edit was.

No one should be able to edit a Notes. I agree with other comment: there should be an audit trail if other users can edit a note. This is a huge legal issue. We rely on these time stamped notes for future references, especially in the instance of a legal issue. Please consider this request.

No one should be able to edit notes but the person that created them, also there should be a audit trail to show who edited it, this is a legal issue.

Please restrict the ability for Case Notes to be edited by others than the original maker of the note.

Lock case notes and only allow "created by" user to edit or delete a saved case note from a patient's chart in the fusion system.

This is important for liability reasons and accuracy in patient charts

Please make case notes uneditable by other users. This is an issue because other people can modify or even delete case notes.

STRONGLY SUGGESTING Locked case notes. I don't think anyone else should be able to edit someones case notes in charts except for the person who wrote it
