Don't change "created by" name on case notes

When someone opens a note to view the entire note and then clicks "save", the "created by" name gets changed to their name. Don't change the "created by" name so that we know who the note originated from.

    When a case note is edited, the Created By field will no longer be overwritten with the name of the user editing the note. Keep up to date on the latest changes in fusion with our release notes!  https://fusionwebclinic.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1022-release-notes-april-2-2019

    I noticed that when I clicked on a note to see the entirety of it, it changed the author of the note to myself, I didn't even change anything. I never wrote the note but now it looks as though I have. This will cause mass confusion in our office. If there is anyway that this can be altered to either show that this person viewed the note, or if an alteration is made to the note, then maybe a co-author? To leave it as such will make people think that I had a main part in a conversation that never happened with me present, and no one will know who originally wrote the note.
