When viewing the notes on an authorization, allow me to see who created the note or added information so I know who to speak to at my clinic if I have questions.
The authorizations notes section needs to be like the claim notes that automatically includes the date and name of the person entering a note. Currently I am typing in the date and my initials every time I enter a note under authorizations.
