LOVE this suggestion! However, I can see the benefit of being able to draft a few versions of this message. For example, the first NCNS text could be sent stating the NCNS status along with a brief reminder of the company’s attendance policy OR in conjunction with the associated fee for missing the appointment OR like stated below, with a prompt to contact the provider to reschedule the missed appointment. Just some thoughts.
