It would be great to add a function on the appts to mark the patient as "arrived late" this would help better track attendance. we add notes in the appt but it doesn't track it anywhere else
I would appreciate if there was a feature that allowed us to mark a patient late, or even better; keep attendance percentage for scheduling purposes.
Our office is redoing our cancellation policies and I found myself going back, counting visits, no shows, and doing the math to try to hold patient's accountable. Would be so cool if that was just an added feature.
There needs to be a "late checked in" option on appointments so we can also check attendance for those who are consistently late. It could be a clock icon.
