Add Waitlist notes to patient information

I want the ability to add Waitlist notes to a patient's information.

    I think the waitlist notes should automatically be added to their case notes. Now we either need to put the info in twice or copy/paste note to the other. Not everyone who may be asked a question or answers a phone would know to look in both places for info, and I dislike that the waitlist notes just disappear once they are off the waitlist, as it can be important info, that can be deleted too easily before copying when moved to on to schedule.

    I wish Waitlist Notes could be saved to Casenotes (best would be an optional checkbox that copied specific notes to case notes)--documenting in waitlist is helpful when working on the schedule--but that is not the most helpful place to find the info if taking a phone call from someone--not everyone answering phone has the whole wait list memorized.

    We love the new waitlist feature! Only problem is that because the note section on the waitlist does not put notes in the patient account, we are unable to create a report that shows all waitlist notes. Instead we have to go to each note individually. Please create a report that compiles all notes for waitlisted patients and/or have the notes put on the waitlist automatically populate in the patient's file.
