Add patient status column to the Waitlist

When viewing the Waitlist. I want to see a column that includes the patient's current status (ex: Active, Referral).

      It would also be nice to see their attendance record on the waitlist.

      another filter added in the upper right corner that would allow you to filter between new, current, and referral patients.

      The patient waitlist needs to have a patient status field that denotes whether a patient is active or a referral.
