Add start date to the Waitlist

I want the ability to add an optional start date for a patient to the Waitlist. This would allow me to add a patient to the Waitlist and know when the patient will be ready for a scheduling change in the future.

      Adding the option to choose an availability date to the waitlist allowing us to have the option of adding a specific date to follow up on the waitlist
