When completing an evaluation document, I want the option to automatically update the Rx Expiration date in the patient profile.

When a patient checks-in, have a way for the notification to be sent to my cell phone. Sometimes I don't have a computer with me or open, but I always have my cell phone on hand.

When working on a Progress Note or Re-Assessment, allow me to add and edit goals, and change the visibility on the goal on the same screen. Having to go back and forth between two different screens takes more time.
