Text reminders for patient appointments would be discipline specific, so that the client who has multiple appointments in one day would only receive a text reminder for their first appointment of the day. The client would then receive one text message versus multiple messages for the same day.
Text Reminders - remove multiple texts in single day. Only 1 reminder needed per day for FIRST therapy appointment (if 2 or 3 for that day). Would like Text Reminders to appointment times are for ALL therapies (ie: Johnny has 3 therapy appointments today starting at 1:PM and ending at 3:45PM.)
Good morning, We would like to make a suggestion to have the option to send a text message to the client individually. So for example there are multiple appointments for 1 client, parents receive multiple text messages and it confuses them about appointment times.
We would want to choose which appointments individually send a text message.
