Sometimes when therapists are busy, they ask other therapists to help out by adding goals to a patient. Allow me to add goals for another service type. For example, as an OT allow me to add PT goals to a patient.

Have a setting that allows assistants to apply a co-signer's signature to their daily notes so that the co-signer doesn't have to open and sign every note.
