Show due date for started documents

When a document is started, the reminder with the due date disappears from the list of Document Reminders, but I still need to view the due date to make sure it gets completed on time.

    Have a tab in the tool bar of when progress note is due after opening or starting a progress note. Similar to the document reminders 'Due' tab.
