I want a record, or history, of email / text appointment reminders that have been sent to parents / caregivers.

As a therapist, when a patient is checked-in for an appointment and I receive the check-in alert, display the actual time the patient checked-in on the alert so I know if the patient was late or not.

When I check in a patient to an appointment and the patient has an alert set, pop up a notification so I don't miss the alert.

Let me mark an appointment as "late" when the patient attends but is late.

When viewing the Waitlist, I want to see and sort the table by a patient's date of birth (DOB).

Allow me to create pop-up notifications in Fusion for when I need more of an overt reminder about something (e.g. an appointment, event, expiring auth, etc.)
