Pop up patient alerts on check in

When I check in a patient to an appointment and the patient has an alert set, pop up a notification so I don't miss the alert.

    I would love if there was a pop up alert for medical conditions when you check in or open an account. We have a lot of children with allergies and its beneficial to have pop up instead of having to search.
