Track changes to appointments

agreed! We previously used Simple Practice, and I could track all users actions. This helped in many areas in addition to recorded cancellations.

I need to know who moves appointments and when. I need to know who cancels appointments and when.

All appointments should have a field that shows who it was scheduled by that is automatically filled in and can't be changed.

There needs to be a report for appointment changes made without a note that shows who canceled the appointment. We want all of our staff to enter appointment notes for any cancel so it would help if we could easily identify compliance in this initiative.

When an appointment is canceled there should be a timestamp for the cancellation and it should include the user's name who canceled the appointment.
