Add appointment count per therapist to calendar

I want the ability to view the number of scheduled patient appointments per day for each therapist when viewing the calendar (ex: Jane Doe [ 7 ] ). This number update based on appointment changes (ex: increase if an appointment is added, decrease if an appointment is canceled).
