Hi!
I got this feedback from a client about their portal use:
"You can only see upcoming appointments. You cannot see past appointments unless they are in an invoice. So there is a piece missing...past appointments that are not yet invoiced. But these appear in the total balance due. It's a bit confusing. "
Is this something that can be changed (to allow clients to see pas appointments that have yet to be invoiced?)
