Show me if a document has already been faxed/emailed
When viewing a document in the document list, show me if it has already been faxed or emailed so that I don't have to scroll through our fax/email history to see if it was already sent to the physician.
After a document is faxed, have a little icon on that item so it shows that it was faxed. This would be much quicker that going into the admin tab and looking and clinicians can then see if they already faxed the IE to the Dr without sending it twice or asking someone else with admin access to look for them.
Provide a way to see messages sent/received on the patient profile. For example, if I send a fax to the patient's dr, I can see what time I sent it, if it was received, etc.
There needs to be a way to see if a document has been sent to the physician in Fusion on the patients file! Our therapists are supposed to send all of their evals and progress notes to the physicians when they finish them, but there is no easy way to go back and check/ensure that it has been done.
We need a quicker way to verify if a document has been faxed to a physician! Our therapists sometimes forget to send the eval which causes a delay in care. Our previous EMR would notate "faxed on 7/25/19" next to a document after it was faxed. Now we have to go through the fax log which is very lengthy for us as a growing clinic!
From completed documents, it would be beneficial to have a fax history icon. This way we can easily see which documents have been completed and if they have been faxed to doctor on one window (instead of going back and forth to fax history)
It would be nice (and efficient) to have a symbol next to the documents (along with the 5 or 6 that already exist i.e revise document, home activity, etc) that indicates this document was faxed or emailed.
It takes alot of extra time to go through the fax/email log when it could just say right there.
As an administrator, I have my staff sending out evals to referring MDs and parents. I do occasional checks to see if they were sent and so I have to go to the administrator fax/email list which is even longer than if I were just looking at my own.
