Allow me to view the patient name in the fax failure that Fusion emails. If I've faxed multiple reports to the same office I don't know which one failed.
It would be beneficial in the message indicating a fax fails if there was more information than just the fax number as I will frequently send out several POC's at one time to the same physicians group. Based on your message I am unsure who I sent it for.
