Allow me to add a new user to my clinic without being charged for them yet. For example, if we've hired a new therapist, we want to be able to set up their schedule prior to them starting.
It would be wonderful to build a therapists schedule before they start working. Most times we have 2-4 weeks to build a schedule, but it makes it difficult when no being able to add it to fusion without having to pay for it before they have started.
There definitely needs to be a way to build a mock schedule without being charged for that schedule until the therapist starts. As a business, we need time to build a schedule weeks in advance in order to have a full schedule for the new therapist to walk into.
At our clinic, we are running into the problem that we hire a new therapist, but they aren't able to start for 3+ weeks after hire (new graduate and waiting on licensure, new hire has to give notice, etc.). We like to start building a caseload for our new hires so they have clients to see when it comes to them actually starting. It would be nice to be given access to a free account or have some other way to create a "mock" schedule for them and then turn it into a paid account when they actually start working.
It would be really nice to add a "mock" schedule for hired therapists who are not yet active. Obviously, we would have to make them active once they start so no one is out of anything in this situation. It would be very beneficial to practices
There needs to be a way to create an ongoing schedule (same patients week to week at same time) for a new provider that is coming on staff. Say a new provider that has been hired, but will not begin until the middle or the end of a month and they need to have caseload built from new patients before they start. There needs to be a way to build a dummy schedule.
I wish I could set up a schedule for new therapists (or therapists returning from maternity leave) without it counting as a user (that has to be paid for) until they actually start work. This is something we work on for weeks before a therapist actually has/needs access to their schedule.
