I want the ability to add an appointment to the schedule that does not create any required documentation. I would also like these appointments to send reminders to patients/caregivers.
Allow me to schedule patients with non clinical staff for intake appointments to complete paperwork so they get a reminder to come in early to do paperwork
There needs to be a patient appointment type for "other" or "intake" We want to be able to send appointment reminders to new patients to come in with our office staff 15 minutes earlier than their scheduled appointment time with the therapist to complete paperwork.
