If a patient is discharged but then comes back, their previous PN/Reassess dates should not also become active. As is stands, when a previously discharged patient comes back, reminders start popping up which are not accurate.
Document reminders to only be for current plan of care. Example: in the current system, once a patient is discharged from therapy, then comes back 6 months later for a new plan of care/episode, all the "old" documentation reminders come back up in the queue, which aren't relevant
Would like for document reminders to only be linked to current POC. Fusion currently provides document reminders from patients' previous episodes of care.
