If an eval was performed in March of 2019, but treatments sessions don't start until June---how can a progress note reminder will be altered. He has not been seen so no progress note is warranted.
It would be helpful to have a way to override overdue evaluations. In our clinic, sometimes we don't reevaluate, but do a progress note, and the client continues to show up as being overdue. In addition, clients that have been handed off to another therapist show up in the original therapist's list months, even years after the change of therapists has been made.
