Hello! First and foremost, I just want to compliment the fusion team for the terrific customer service that we are receiving and I'm very impressed by that. I would just like to make a suggestion to help make fusion better and increase productivity and make the documentation system more efficient and user friendly. Our therapists are complaining that the SOAP note documentation format is very time consuming, very outdated, and obsolete. As therapists, we travel to hospitals and use other EMRs. Most note formats allow you to make a copy of the previous note and have click boxes with an option to add a comment. We highly recommend that fusion look into re-designing the note taking portion to increase the user friendliness of this system.

Fusion needs to work on a simpler way for therapist to do treatment notes. This has ALWAYS been a huge issue and #1 complaint of our therapist. We lose good therapist over the amount of time it takes to do their notes. I don't know the answer, but it needs to be looked at.
