Prompt me to write a reason for changing recurring appointment
If I make a scheduling change to an appointment that is part of series of recurring appointments, have Fusion open a dialog for me to type in a reason for the change.
There should be a prompt that requires a reason for deleting recurring appointments that adds the removal and reason to the case notes on the patient's file
When changing a recurring appointment it would be helpful if there was a prompt to note why the appointment is changing and who it was changed by. It would be helpful when there is a questionable change to be able to go back and see why someone's appointment changed when there are several different therapists and office staff with the ability to make these changes.
