Add Multiple Doctors to Patient Files

We would like to have a drop-down box to allow more than one doctor per client per service, as both the Primary Care Physician and Specialist may want copies of documentation.

    Request Rx dire try through the system. Possibly having a document/template to fax or email to the physician.
